PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide information by selecting channels of a broadcasting station that performs interactive service broadcasting, detecting contents and displaying them into image so that a user can successively visually discriminate all the service contents. SOLUTION: The radio wave from the broadcasting station is received through an antenna and at a channel selection means 6, an interactive service signal contained in the VBI of video or voice signal is detected. Next, at a service information detecting means 2, the service contents of interactive signal are outputted from the interactive service signal, and these service contents are reported to a control means 1. The control means 1, that receives the report, reads out a character letter such as a channel number stored in a memory 7 and while the interactive service signal is received, that character letter is displayed through a character generator 3 onto a monitor screen 4 or an FIP/ LED panel. Thus, the state just under interactive service signal reception is reported to the user.
