FIELD: water supply, particular, means for production of drinkable water from sea water and brines. SUBSTANCE: the offered plant has a filter bank, accumulating vessel with acid, reverse osmosis apparatus and set of ion-exchange columns filled with weak acid cationite in salt form, electrodialyzer with bipolar cation-exchange and anion-exchange membranes forming salt, acid, alkali, anodic and cathodic chambers, electrodialyzer with cation-exchange and anion-exchange membranes forming the chambers of concentration, desalting, anodic and cathodic chambers, vessel for collection of drinkable water, and also salt, acid and alkali circuits and desalting circuit. Alkali chambers of electrodialyzer with bipolar membranes are successively connected with their own cathodic chamber of electrodialyzer with cation-exchange and anion-exchange membranes with vessel of collection of drinkable water and with one of ion-exchange columns being at the stage of regeneration. Acid chambers of electrodialyzer with bipolar membranes for closed acid circuit which is connected with accumulating vessel and with one of ion-exchange columns being at stage of regeneration. Salt circuit includes ion-exchange column, salt chamber of electrodialyzer with bipolar membranes, electrodialyzer concentration chamber with cation-exchange and anion-exchange membranes. Concentration chamber is connected with electrodialyzer salt chamber with bipolar membranes and electrodialyzer desalting chamber with cation-exchange and anion-exchange membranes. Desalting chamber is connected with acid and alkali chambers of electrodialyzer with bipolar membranes and with one of ion-exchange columns being at stage of regeneration. Filter bank is successively connected with anodic chamber of electrodialyzer with cation-exchange and anion-exchange membranes and anodic chamber with electrodialyzer with bipolar membranes, vessel for collection of drinkable water, accumulating vessel and bank of filters. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
