The frame (14) on the outer circumference of the flywheel (12) is vulcanised. The belt rest (14) is made from the same rubber elastic material as the rubber layer. The rubber layer is also vulcanised. The belt rest has a multi 'V' profile. The flywheel has offset drill holes (16a,16b) along its circumference. The belt rest is rectangular in cross-section so that there are offset openings (21a,21b) on the side faces of the circumference. A concentric carry plate (22) is vulcanised within a belt rest zone.
