The hopper is lifted and swung out of the body via an opening, formed if necessary by a sliding section of the bodywork. The driver's cab (16) can be moved forwards by a spindle-operated linkage, and two tilting spindles (12) are provided, to lift the hopper from the machine floor to its roof. The spindle linkage can be used to tilt these spindles rearwards with the hopper (10) in the lifted position. The hopper can comprise two chambers hinging together, each with a loading shaft in the middle of the front or rear side.
