摘要 A control device of the molding conditions in injection mold and the control method thereof having the oscillation part(10) generating rectangular wave type oscillation frequency; the pulse dividing circuit(11) providing the clocks concurrent to the synchronous of stored data transmission by dividing the oscillation frequency outputted from said oscillation part(10); the microprocessor(12) storing the molding conditions determined speed by said oscillation frequency and effecting respective injection processes by decoding the stored molding conditions; the program ROM(13) storing the molding conditions effected in said microprocessor(12) and effecting respective injection processes according to respective functions of the stored molding conditions;; the first memory storing the valuable processed in said microprocessor(12); the second memory storing the establishing value data of the molding condition inputted according to the kinds of the mold; the address decoder(16) deciding the contents of the program ROM(13) according to the use or not of said first and second memories(14,15) and access controlling plural memories by designating address according to the decided contents; the chip selection part(17) connected to the address line of said microprocessor(12) and accessing to respective control part required in injection process; the temperature control part(18) controlling the molten temperature of the resin for injection molding; the position control part(19) detecting and controlling the changed position according the movement of the mold, the pressure in corresponding position in injection & measurement and the speed changing position; the injection process control part(20) controlling the oil pressure, the power and the overall motions of injection molding in the order by confirming the addresses designated to the respective molding condition; the realtime control part(21) writing the data converted through the control signal of the chip selection part(17) into the corresponding address of the first memory(14) by sensing the time control of the injection process, the present time and date; and the key input part(22) selecting whether or not the input of the establishing value of various injection processes controlled in said chip selection part(17) and the storage of the written data of the first memory(14) into the second memory(15) or on the contrary is disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to conveniently store data and effectively use the written data.
