The ejector circulation type absorption cold/hot water supplying device is comprised of an evaporator, a steam absorber, a reproducer, a condenser, a boiler and a piping system. In the cold/hot water supplying device, during a cooling operation, weak solution diluted by a refrigerant in the steam absorber is delivered through a heat exchanger and an ejector to the reproducer. Then, the refrigerant contained within the weak solution is evaporized by a high temperature steam in the boiler and the weak solution is condensed. The evaporized refrigerant steam is cold and liquidized in the condenser and is returned to the evaporator to thereby make circulation water cold. The dense solution in the reproducer is returned through the heat exchanger to the steam absorber. During a heating operation, a high temperature refrigerant steam from the boiler flows in the evaporator, without passing through the reproducer, to thereby heat the circulation water.
