PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain a low-cost temperature regulator in a space conservation by disposing a lengthy vertical water tube attached with a relief valve at the upper top on the way of a pipe system, and providing an in-line heater for directly mixing vapor and heating and a cooling water pouring unit. SOLUTION: Only a relief valve 8 is attached to the upper top 7 of a vertical water tube 4. An in-line heater 9 can heat the water flowed out from the tube 4 as indicated by an arrow L. The heater mixes the vapor fed in the direction of an arrow N via a vapor tube 10 directly with circulating water (in a pipe system 2) and heats it. Since the temperature of the circulating water is raised at the time of heating between the heater 9 and a pump 3 in the operating state of a load F, a pouring unit 12 for the cooling water is provided to cool it. As a result, a warm water tank can be omitted to attempt to simplify the entire regulator, thereby making it possible to reduce the installation space. |
