摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow to carry out a high efficiency of cutting process by using only a small diameter end mill shaped tool, by making the diameter of the end mill shaped tool less than a specific value, and specifying one blade feed amount. SOLUTION: A small diameter end mill shaped tool 14 has the tool diameter R less than 6mm (the diameter is less than 12mm), and in order to prevent the reduction of the tool service life, and to improve the accuracy of the processing surface, the deflection of the tool 14 (the decentering from the rotating center of an axle 21) is suppressed within about 2μm, and a carbide alloy cubic system boron nitride or the like is used as its material. As the cutting condition, the cutting in the axial direction of the end mill shaped tool 14 is made less than 0.5 times the tool diameter, and the one blade feed amount is made 0.05 to 0.2mm/blade, so as to carry out a good cutting at a high accuracy.
