PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a lip part different in a width without requiring a special device by carving a notch part, which can divide the lip part into two parts in the width direction, in the lengthwise direction in a long and harrow weather strip to which an extrusion molding part and a corner mold molding part are integrally adhered. SOLUTION: A weather strip 20 is formed by integrally adhering a corner mold molding part and an extrusion molding part 22 to each other, and a lip part 23 respectively projected from a hollow building frame part 24 so as to intercept a space between a door sash and a body panel in its lengthwise direction, is arranged in the extrusion molding part 22. A notch part 26 having a thickness which can manually divide the lip part 23 in its width direction, is carved at extrusion molding time. Therefore, after it is notched along a notch part 27 of the lip part 23 up to a starting point of the notch part 26, an end part of a removing lip part 23b is pulled out in the arrow E direction, and is separated and removed from a residual lip part 23a, and the lip part 23a having a desired narrow width Ha is optionally obtained. |
