PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a surface of uniform thickness in which strain etc., do not generate, to hold a fitting such as a metal sash strictly horizontally, to be excellent in waterproof effect, and to produce inexpensively. SOLUTION: A waterproof tool is an integral molding which is formed by a process of heating, melting, cooling, and solidification of thermoplastic resin powder having the property of a melt flow rate of 10-60g/10min (measured by JIS K6730) and composed of a thermoplastic resin sheet having a thickness so that the sheet can be inserted into a gap between a fitting and an opening or a gap between the fitting and the fitting mounting member of the opening so as to be constituted in a three-dimensional form having a shape which is the same/similar as/to a part or the whole surface of the external form of the fitting or a shape of them. In this way, the tool is free of the generation of warpage and strain, has a smooth surface to have a good effect as a waterproof tool, can hold a fitting such as a metal sash strictly horizontally, and is produced inexpensively. |
