PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flower paste resistant to heat, excellent in texture, for example, marrow, good melting in mouth and not remaining on the tongue without rough or dry texture. SOLUTION: In a flower paste containing 5-10wt.% of a starchy raw material, green pea starch powder and/or pea starch are contained in an amount of 10-40wt.%, additionally other starchy raw materials, unprocessed starch and processed starch are used at a weight ratio of (70-0)/(30-100). The processed starch is preferably prepared from tapioca. |
