PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily rupture a portion of a skin layer when an air bag is expanded without providing a recess on the surface side and without requiring the thickness control of the portion of the skin layer located at an expected rupture section. SOLUTION: An air bag cover 10 is provided with a skin layer 13 on the surface side and a core material 11 on the back side, and it is arranged to cover an air bag. An expected rupture section 17 provided with continuous or intermittent recesses 18 to be ruptured when the air bag is expanded on the back side is arranged on the air bag cover 10. A fragile sheet 14 having the tensile strength lower than that of the skin layer 13 is fused on the back side of the skin layer 13. |
