PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the concn. of sludge water by providing a concn. adjusting unit calculating the wt. of the sum total of raw soln. sludge water so that the concn. of sludge water becomes a designated concn. SOLUTION: The wt. Wo of raw soln. sludge water 72 with vol. Qo in a small hopper 10 is calculated and the wt. Wn of the sum total of the raw soln. sludge water 72 housed in the small hopper 10 and the raw soln. sludge water 72 in a large hopper 11 is calculated on the basis of the vol. Qo and the wt. Wo by a concn. adjusting unit so that the concn. of sludge water 75 mixed in a sludge water tank 36 becomes a designated concn.α. When the wt. Wn of the sum total of the raw soln. sludge waters 72 housed in the small and large hoppers 10, 11 becomes Wn , concn. adjusting water 73 is supplied to the large hopper 11 and the wt. of the sum total of the raw soln. sludge waters 72 in the small and large hoppers 10, 11 and the concn. adjusting water 73 is set to W1 .
