Analog proportion integration/differentiation controller reduces a minute quantity generated in an initial state of a minute control and initial start transient state, and reduces a settlement time. The analog proportion integration/differentiation controller includes: a master controller(20) for receiving an external input reference signal and a feedback signal of a control subject, detecting a difference value by comparing an output signal value of the control subject with a reference input signal value, and generating a switch control signal according to the difference; analog type control circuit(21) for performing a proportion differentiation control operation if the input difference value signal is higher than a predetermined absolute value, and performing a proportion integration control operation if the input difference value signal is lower than a predetermined absolute value; a minute control circuit(22) for performing a proportion differentiation/integration control operation about the difference value signal from the master controller(20); and a switch(SW) for selectively applying an output signal of the control circuit(21) and an output signal of the minute control circuit(22) to the control subject, according to an output control signal of the master controller(20).
