摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a load cell for detecting the point of the time for changing a speed and to decrease trouble parts by changing the speed setting to a descending speed when the descending speed of a receiving truck for receiving slabs attains the speed higher than a casting speed. SOLUTION: The cut slab is received in the receiving truck 8 of an inverter control system and is lowered, by which the cut slab is transferred onto a pulling-up truck 11 and is ejected. At this time, the speed setting of the truck 8 is set at a zero speed in a standby state and an ASR (speed control circuit) executes P control to prevent the gravity fall. In the stage the slab descends to come into contact with the truck 8 and pushes down the truck 8, the speed setting of the truck 8 is changed to a 'casting speed-α of the slab' and the ARS emits the control torque corresponding to αin the state of the P control. When the acceleration of the descending speed of the truck 8 by the slab weight at the time of cutting the slab is detected, the set speed of the truck 8 is changed to the prescribed descending speed and the ASR is switched to PI control. As a result, the always safe descending of the slab is assured.
