PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of abrasion caused by polishing particles by excluding a mechanical slide part from a seesaw mechanism for supplying and absorbing a definite quantity of a wire alternately drawn in and discharged from a processing part on a delivery reel side and a taking-up reel side during processing work. SOLUTION: A seesaw mechanism 14 has fixed pulleys 14a, 14c and movable pulleys 14b, 14d on a delivery reel side and a taking-up reel side and an annular belt 14e extended in the direction substantially same to the moving direction of the movable pulleys 14b, 14d and supported at both ends thereof by belt wheels 14f, 14g and reversibly rotated by a motor 14i is provided. The support shafts of the movable pulley on the delivery reel side is connected to the belt part on one side of the annular belt and the support shaft of the movable pulley, on the taking-up reel side is connected to the belt part on the other side thereof. |
