PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a calcined material in which deterioration in electric characteristics are prevented by using such a pot to house a material to be calcined that at least the surface of the pot is coated with ZrO2 with addition of Co and/or Nb. SOLUTION: A calcining pot made of Al2 O3 or the like is used and this pot is prepared in such a manner that its surface where a material to be calcined is mounted and the side faces and back face which are not related to housing of the material to be calcined are completely coated with ZrO2 with addition of Co and/or Nb by about >=0.1wt.% in a saturated state. By using this calcined pot, ceramic products such as ceramic capacitors essentially comprising BaTiO3 can be calcined while diffusion of Co and/Nb to the calcining pot is suppressed. Thus, ceramic electronics parts in which deterioration in electric characteristics are prevented can be obtd. |
