PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate laser transmission by simultaneously transmitting a high output laser and a guide laser having an optical axis parallel to that of the high output laser, detecting by a sensor a deviation generated on the optical axis of the guide laser, and adjusting at least one out of the angles and positions of a mirror so as to correct the deviation. SOLUTION: From a laser supply source 1, a machining laser beam is emitted, as is simultaneously a guide laser beam whose optical axis G is parallel to that L of the machining laser beam, and then the guide laser beam is transmitted through a first transmission mirror 11. The position of this guide laser is detected by an optical sensor unit 51 provided before a second transmission mirror 12, with its positional signal outputted to a controller 53. With a control signal from the controller 53, the angle of the first transmission mirror 11 is adjusted by means of a mirror posture adjusting mechanism 61. For example, the positional signal inputted in a signal processor is digitized using a sample hold circuit, D/A converter and a pulse motor, so that the deviation of the guide laser beam is calculated, thereby controlling a control motor and adjusting the transmission mirror. |
