The hot soft steel plate with tension intensity 100kg/mm2 is produced by (a) doing the final rolling on the steel whose composition 0.15-0.30wt% of carbon, 1.0-2.5wt% of silicone, 1.0-2.5wt% of manganese, 1.0-2.0wt% of nickel, below 0.01wt% of sulfur, 0.01-0.08wt% of aluminum and other impurities at 800-850 deg.C , (b) cooling the steel to the temperature of 700-750deg.C(slightly higher than Ar1 temperature) in water, and cooling in air to 630-890 deg.C (slightly lower than Ar1 temperature) and then cooling again by water to wind up the steel at 370-430.
