<p>The invention features a composition comprising substantially pure recombinant gas vesicles which have at least one heterologous peptide inserted into one of the structural proteins of the recombinant gas vesicle. The recombinant gas vesicle is capable of eliciting antibodies, in vivo, which specifically bind to the heterologous peptide, which heterologous peptide may be any peptide against which the in vivo production of antibodies is desired.</p> |
