<p>An apparatus using a novel device for dispensing special toilet seat cover sheets is disclosed. The apparatus is manually operated or coin-operated. The device for dispensing hygienic sheets (7) for covering a toilet seat (5) enables the sheets to be removed one at a time from a stack stored in a housing (2) attachable to a wall. The stack is weighted down and each sheet is frictionally removed by rollers (21) actuated by means of a knob (3) or any other electrical or mechanical means.</p> |
