The invention relates to new derivatives of cyclodextrin having the formula (I): CD(OH)l(OR1)m(OR2)n wherein OR1 is a filtering or antioxidant group or a mixture thereof, OR2 is an alkyl or hydroxyalkyl radical, l, m and n are statistic values. The invention also relates to a process for preparing said compounds and a use of this compounds in cosmetics.
