Method of manufacturing prefabricated building components (2) for constructing a building. Firstly, profiles (10) are manufactured having an open side and an internal cavity (11) which is narrower at the open side of the profile than internally. A formwork, which delimits a space to be filled by pouring, is positioned. The profiles (10) are placed inside the formwork along its sides, the open side of each profile (10) facing away from the space which is to be filled by pouring. Concrete is then introduced into the formwork. After the profiles (10) have been positioned, reinforcement elements (16) are clamped in the formwork between the profiles (10). The invention also relates to a building component (2) prefabricated in this manner and to a method of manufacturing a building from components (2) of this kind and to a dwelling built from prefabricated building components (2) which are connected together with the aid of keys (12). |
