PURPOSE:To heighten test efficiency, by providing a means which changes an instruction string generated based on a random number sequence according to a condition set in advance, and executing the instruction sequence after changed in a device targeted to be tested. CONSTITUTION:The means 10 which changes the instruction sequence generated based on the random number sequence according to the condition set in advance is added, and the instruction sequence after changed is stored and executed in the device targeted to be tested. The instruction changing means 10 changes the instruction sequence so as to rewrite an immediate succeeding instruction by a preceding instruction, or changes the instruction sequence so as to overlap registers to be used at the front and rear instructions, or changes the instruction sequence so as to overlap the operands of the front and rear instructions. In such a way, it is possible to heighten the test efficiency of an instruction rewrite test, a register contention test, an operand contention test, etc. |
