PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by storing data till transmission is made to be possible in the case of transmission impossible and transmitting transmission data when a state becomes the one where call connection is secured. SOLUTION: When a portable information equipment 1 is indicated data transmission from a user, a transmission priority judging part 13 judges whether or not the portable information equipment 1 is in a data transmission possible state from the monitoring result of a radio wave monitoring part 12. When the judgement result is transmission possible, a communication part side control part 11 gives the data to a data transmitting/receiving part 14 so as to execute the transmission. In the meantime, when it is impossible to transmit, the communication part side control part 11 stores the transmission data by a transmission data storing part 15. When a radio wave state is restored, the communication part side control part 11 reads untransmitted transmission data stored in the transmission data storing part 15 and gives the transmission data to the data transmitting/receiving part 14 so that data is transmitted. |
