PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain interruption on the way and restart of the provision of on-line service. SOLUTION: The system is provided with service execution means 41, 42 serving a service to an on-line terminal equipment for each service class and a service server 2 giving information to specify the service provision destination and the service class to the service execution means 41, 42, based on a request of the terminal equipment 1. Furthermore, the server 2 is provided with a service storage means 22 storing service information of all services, a person storage means 23 storing service information of the service selected by a terminal equipment, and a request processing means 21 copying the service information selected by the terminal equipment 1 to the person storage means 22 and delivering a terminal identifier to the service execution means 41, 42. The service execution means 41, 42 specify the service based on the service information stored in the person storage means 23 to execute the service according to control data included in the service information. Thus, even when the service provision is interrupted, the interrupted position is written in control data of the service information to restart the service from the interrupted position. |
