PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily respond to a call from a customer at all times and improve serviceability by providing a display means which displays information specifying the calling device at a received call signal transmission source and an annunciation stop means which stops the annunciation operation of an annunciation part when a confirmation button is operated during the annunciation operation of the annunciation part. SOLUTION: On an order management device 1, a call bent table wherein the table numbers of tables where call bell devices 6 are installed are set and stored corresponding to the 'bell ID' of the respective call bell devices 6 is formed. Then the order management device 1 once receiving a table call message including a 'bell ID' from a call bell device 6 converts the 'bell ID' of the message into the corresponding table number and sends it to respective handy terminals 7. A waitress once sensing the annunciation operation of the carried handy terminal 7 knows the call from the customer and operates the confirmation key to display the table number of the calling source on the display unit and stops the annunciation operation. |
