PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a vulcanized tire with high positioning accuracy by fixing a linear motion guide rail on a main frame and supporting a revoluting rod for revoluting a chuck boom on which a chuck mechanism is supported by means of a bearing. SOLUTION: When vulcanization molding of a tire is completed in a vulcanization molding part 6, after a movable stage 13 is elevated and lowered by means of an elevating and descending cylinder 21 and a chuck mechanism 20 is elevated to a specified position, it is revoluted in the direction 6 of the vulcanization molding part. In this case, the movable stage 13 is hooked on a linear motion guide rail with a high rigidity through a slider by fixing it on a main frame 1. Therefore, the chuck mechanism 20 supported by the movable stage 13 is elevated and lowered by a high positioning accuracy. Then, when it reaches above the valcanized tire, it is lowered in the direction of the vulcanized tire and is clamped by means of the chuck mechanism 20. Thereafter, after the vulcanized tire is elevated with the chuck mechanism 20, it is revolved in the direction of post cure inflation(PCI) 8 and is mounted on the PCI 8 and is cooled with air. |
