MANUFACTURE OF INTEGRAL MOLDING WITH SLUSH-MOLDED SKIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a locally skin-laminated molding with the same easiness as in the ordinary injection molding without developing resin leakage and gloss drift at welds due to two gates in appearance and necessitating the strength of skin for integrally molding. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of an integral molding with a slush-molded skin, in which the skin 3 is locally and integrally moldingly laminated onto the surface of a core body 2, a U-shaped groove 11 is formed in advance at the end part of a slush-molded skin 3 so as to be fitted onto the projected bead 9 of a cavity mold 7. The skin and the core body are integrally molded by charging core body molding resin from a resin exposed part side in a space formed between the cavity mold 7 and a core mold 8 having a resin guide space M provided corresponding to the projected bead 9 of the cavity mold.
