PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plan reduction of width in a ventilating direction and at a same time appropriately set quantity of heat radiation and resistance of passage of a tube element in a single tank type heat exchanger including a tube element having a turned-up passage. SOLUTION: In a tube element having a width (W) of a tube element in a ventilating direction set in a range of 20.0<=W<=30.0mm and a flow passage width (A) of a turned-up passage along the ventilating direction set in a range of 8.5<=A<=13.5mm, the flow passage width (A) and a clearance (B) at a turning-up portion satisfy a relationship of 0.9Amm<=B<=1.4Amm. If the above relationship is satisfied, variation of diffused air temperature is controlled within a tolerance (of±2 deg.C) and heat exchange efficiency can be raised as high as possible.
