FIELD: shipbuilding; ship mooring systems. SUBSTANCE: ship 11 has mooring recess 15 in her bottom; ship is made fast to submersible buoy mooring member 12 held on ocean bottom by means of anchor. Mooring member 12 is raised from secured-for-sea position at depth of neutral buoyancy of mooring member and anchorage system 18 for coupling with recess 15. Mooring is safe, quick and efficient due to abrupt admission of sea water to bilge 16 through hole available in mooring recess to reduce hydrostatic pressure exerted on upper portion of mooring member at moment when it comes in contact with ship's hull. Reduction of pressure is sufficient to bring mooring member and its anchor system from state of resultant negative buoyancy to state of resultant positive buoyancy at depth of ship's keel. Sea water may be discharged by means of powerful pump 56 which is specially mounted on board the ship and is part of her booster system. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg |
