FIELD: forestry, in particular, planting of seedlings on uncleaned lands with excessive humidity. SUBSTANCE: tree-planting machine has shank fixed on underframe spring-loaded relative to frame. Shank has flat front and lower parts and cheeks of unequal length. Planting unit has flexible and rigid disks and is mounted on one end of double-armed lever, whose other end is connected with frame through adjustable tie-rod. Lever is pivotally attached on underframe. Covering devices formed as truncated cones with peripheral teeth and covering rolls are positioned at different distance from frame.
