FIELD: medicine; applicable in prostheses of crus, femur, and after exarticulation of femur for regulation of linear and angular parameters of prostheses. SUBSTANCE: change and subsequent fixing of linear and angular parameters in construction of prosthesis in two mutually perpendicular planes are carried out with the aid of, common for linear and angular adjustments, four screw ensuring reliable fixing of selected adjustments in course of walking. Adjustment is effected without removal of prosthesis from stump. Change of angular parameters in two mutually perpendicular planes is carried out irrespective of each other and with no disturbance of set linear parameters. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
