PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can suppress the rise of a frame error rate and can suppress excessive battery consumption. SOLUTION: When a call signal 12 or 13 except for the last call signal 14 among the same call signals 12, 13 and 14 which a base station transmits on the simultaneous call channel p1 of a down call channel 9 for plural times cannot be received by more than prescribed quality, the other call signal 13 or 14 appearing after the call signal 12 or 13 is received again. |
