PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid noise from transmitting to a post-stage in a rounding processing. SOLUTION: Latch data latched till previous time is compared with present input data. When the absolute value of difference data exceeds the threshold, an indication for updating the value of latch data latched by a latch circuit to the value of present input data is given. Thus, a fear of carry and borrow appearing in output data owing to a change less than the threshold can be eliminated. Thus, the influence of noise can effectively be suppressed. |
