PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle excellent in durability and difficult to generate mechanical damage of chipping or the like, which can surely suck with no mistake even a small sized chip-shaped electronic part. SOLUTION: An opening of a suction hole 24 supplying a negative pressure applying vacuum suction action relating to a chip-shaped electronic part 22, within a dimensional range of a surface 25 where the chip-shaped electronic part 22 must be sucked, is formed in groove shape extended along a curve of S shape or the like, and in this way, an opening area of the suction hole 24 in a limited area is enlarged, suction force is increased, and also a ridge line placing the chip-shaped electronic part 22 is prevented from advancing into the suction hole 24. An end edge 26 of the opening of the suction hole 24 is also formed in a shape specified by the curve, and in this way, mechanical damage of chipping or the like is prevented from being caused. |
