FIELD: road, rail and sea transport; storage transportation and dispensing of aggressive materials. SUBSTANCE: container is made in form of barrel consisting of cylindrical shell and two convex bottom plates rigidly connected with protective and support skirts. Shutoff valves and siphon tubes are installed on one bottom plate to provide filling in and complete draining of material. Valves and siphon tubes are interconnected through small flanges secured on large flange. Shutoff valves are covered by cap fixed by stud. Rims are mounted on cylindrical shell. Container has six additional fusible safety devices installed on bottom plates, three safety devices per bottom plate. Safety devices are mounted in convex portion of bottom plate on circumference with diameter not less than 0.71 D where D - diameter of shell. Fusible safety devices are arranged at equal distance from each other. Fusible safety devices of one bottom plate are displaced relative to those of other bottom plate through 60 degrees. Four holes are made in flanged zones of protective and support skirts. Holes are arranged over circumference symmetrically relative to each other. Diameters of protective and support skirts are equal to diameter of shell. Cap fixing stud is made detachable owing to provision of plate rigidly secured on stud. Two holes are made in plate by means of which plate is connected with large flange by fasteners. Holes are made additionally in small flanges to fix siphon tubes by means of pins. EFFECT: improved reliability and safety of container, increased longevity, facilitated draining of liquid and gaseous materials, prevention of bursting in emergency, improved ecological characteristics. 7 cl, 4 dwg |
