PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly retain a thin part of a scored groove bottom and make it possible to always open a plug in a weak tensile strength, by forming a recess at one side of the opening wall in the whole area surrounded by the scored groove, at the other side of the opening wall, in a structure in which the opening wall provided at the inside of a pouring cylinder is removed by tearing off the thin part of the scored groove bottom. SOLUTION: A pouring plug fitted to a gavel top type paper container or the like is provided with the opening wall at the same level with the fitting flange 2. An endless scored groove 6 provided with the bottom 5 having the width L is formed on the upper face of the opening wall and a tearing-off part 7 is formed in the inside of the scored groove 6. A tearing-off member 8 is shaped on the tearing-off part 7. The tearing-off part 7 is removed by pulling the tearing-off member 8 to break the thin part 9. In this case, a recess 10 is formed in the whole area surrounded by the scored groove 6 at the lower face of the opening wall. In this way, a positional shift between the bottom 11 of the recess 10 and the bottom 5 of the scored groove 6 can be absorbed and an appropriate tearing-strength is obtained. |
