PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide satisfactory unidirectivity over a wide frequency range. SOLUTION: Plural electrode groups 4-7 composed of electrodes more than one are provided for simultaneously inputting signals and when one of surface acoustic waves(SAW) excited by a certain signal in any one of electrode groups 4-7 arrives at one electrode in the other electrode group at least, this signal is inputted to that other electrode group after being delayed for the time decided by the position of that electrode.
