PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a UV-curing, low visible radiation absorbing, heat ray shielding, and abrasion resistant resin composition, and a film coated therewith. SOLUTION: A UV-curing and heat ray shielding resin composition of high coating film hardness and abrasion resistance which is obtd. by dispersing particles of not more than 0.5μm diameter tin oxides having heat ray shielding capacity or pulverized tin oxides doped with antimony with carboxylic acid or polycarboxylic acid type dispersants into a polymer having multifunctional (meta) acrylate, which has a (meta) acryloyl group and is polymerized by an active energy ray, and a hydroxyl group, and a film coated with the resin composition are provided.
