FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method relates to preparing immunobiological medicinal preparation from milk and colostrum. Method involves immunization of cows with vaccine consisting of pathogenic bacteria, for example, E. coli of serotypes 026, 055, 0111, 0119 and opportunistic bacteria, for example, B. proteus vulgaris and B. proteus mirabilis in combination with adjuvant and without the latter for some stages: at dry period - by parenteral administration in combination with adjuvant; at precalving period - by intraudder administration without adjuvant; at the first days after calving - by intraudder administration without adjuvant. Colostrum is obtained after the first 6-8 milk yielding. Pepsin is added to colostrum, casein is separated, filtered, fat is removed and lactowhey is obtained. Globulin component is isolated from lactowhey by fractionation with alcohol at low temperature. Lactoglobulin solution is subjected for clearing and sterilizing filtration and lyophilic drying up to 95% globulin content, not less. Preparation can be used as antibacterial agent for prophylaxis and treatment of enteric infectious diseases in children. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl |
