The thermoplastic resin having excellent weather and impact resistance is prepared by controlling the particle size and the distribution of particle size of each of particles using multistep continuous polymerization and by controlling the shape and graft rate of latex using linear macro monomer having functional group at the end of chain. After the ion change water, butylacrylate of gummy material monomer and 1,4-butanediol diacrylate are reacted to seed having 0.2 micrometer of particle diameter, ion exchange water, butylacrylate, styrene and 1,4-butanediol diacrylate, sodium dodecyl bezene sulfate emulsifying agent, potassium persulfate polymer initiator are added to make the particle diameter to 0.32 micrometer and styrene, acrylonitrile and n-dodecyl mercaptan molecular weight modifier are added to prepare the thermoplastic resins.
