<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent either a freezing or a boiling in an indoor device even if a fan of the indoor device is stopped after a cooling or a heating operation. SOLUTION: There is provided a heat gas engine 1 driven under application of a combustion device 11. Middle temperature heat type heat exchangers 5, 6 of the heat gas engine 1, a low temperature heat exchanger 8, an outdoor heat exchanger 300 for an air conditioning operation and an indoor heat exchanger 200 are connected by pipe passages 21 to 35. Four-way valves 61, 62 are arranged in the pipe passages in such a way that either a cooling operation or a heating operation can be performed. The four-way valve 61 changes over the pipe passages to a series-connected circuit in such a way that either a freezing or a boiling of the indoor heat exchanger 200 may be prevented in the case that either a cooling operation or a heating operation is stopped.</p> |
