PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically control the start and the stop of the light emission of a stroboscopic device in the case a lens with a lens shutter is attached to a focal-plane shuttered camera by providing an external stroboscopic device which stops the light emission when a signal is inputted in a light emission finish signal input terminal. SOLUTION: When an X signal is outputted from an X terminal 20X on a lens side, the X signal is transmitted to an X signal input terminal 30X being the light emission control signal input terminal of the stroboscopic device 30, and a stroboscope control part 33 starts the electronic flash light emission of a xenon tube 31. When the integrated value of reflected light from the light receiving surface of film 10F attains a specified value, a camera control part 12 outputs a quench signal being a control signal for stopping the electronic flash light emission to a Q terminal 10Q on a camera side. The Q terminal 10Q is connected to a Q signal input terminal 30Q on a stroboscopic device side, and the Q signal is transmitted to the input terminal 30Q of the device 30. Then, the control part 33 stops the light emission of the xenon tube 31. |
