PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both gain and phase margin characteristics and to prevent parasitic oscillation by placing a lead-leg filter between the inverted and non- inverted output terminals of a 1st amplifier circuit. SOLUTION: A 1st amplifier circuit 11 has an inverted output terminal and a non-inverted terminal, and the inverted output terminal of the circuit 11 is connected to the input terminal of a 2nd amplifier circuit 12. A lead-leg filter 13 is connected between the inverted and non-inverted output terminals of the circuit 11. The filter 13 consists of a capacitor C11 and a resistor R11. One of both ends of the C11 is connected to the inverted output terminal of the circuit 11 with the other end of the C11 connected to one of both ends of the R11 respectively. The other end of the R11 is connected to the non-inverted output terminal of the circuit 11. In such a constitution, the higher gain margin and phase margin can be obtained.
|
