<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a power booster as a fixed amplifier and to eliminate a feedback control circuit. SOLUTION: From an initial adjusting element 41, bias voltage adjusting the solid dispersion of a power booster amplifier 46 is impressed. By a bias thermal for temperature compensation, the bias voltage according to a temperature is inputted. By a temperature compensation means 43, voltage compensating the gain of a power booster according to the temperature by the bias voltage is generated. An adder 44 adds the bias voltage inputted from the intial adjusting terminal 41 and the voltage inputted by the temperature compensation means 43 and the voltage is inputted in the variable control terminal Vcont of a variable attenuator 45. The variable attenuator 45 attenuates gain according to the voltage inputted in the variable control terminal Vcont. The power booster amplifier 46 amplifies the power outputted by the variable attenutor 45 and operates as an 8dB fixed amplifier as a whole of the power booster.</p> |
