PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To schedule the operation works more properly and to reduce the working of a maintenance man by setting information, which is the base for scheduling of operation works, again in accordance with the actual result of operation. SOLUTION: Plural kinds of operation works A which are executed in the maintenance operation system for a network consisting of equipments of plural production vendors are scheduled based on execution time base information C corresponding to respective processes constituting each operation work. Information F related to each operation work executed in the maintenance operation system is stored, and is statistically processed, and the operation work is most suitably scheduled in accordance with the actual result of operation based on statistical information H related to the work, and it is systematized, thereby feeding back the execution result of the system. |
