<p>Methods of identifying and preparing nucleic acid compounds that bind to RSV and potentially have anti-viral activity are disclosed, as well as nucleic acid compositions having anti-viral activity. The methods comprise iterative binding, separating and amplifying of nucleic acids or nucleic acid analogs (SELEX) using an intact virus as the receptor molecule.</p> |
