PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cut a tape wound around a wire harness by providing a cutter without using a pair of scissors by moving the tape so as to press the tape against a blade for cutting when the wire harness is wound into a tape. SOLUTION: A fitting frame 15 has a horizontal slit 15a, which is directed forward in the fitting condition, and a cutter 17 is fixed to the frame 15 in the condition that a diagonal blade 17a thereof is faced to the slit 15a. In the case of using the cutter 17, an operating bar 23 is lifted so as to expose the frame 15 upward, and a wire harness W, which is bundled by wiring, is wound with a tape, and thereafter, a part of this side of the tape T is pulled so as to extend an end of the tape T to the lateral direction from a winding end of the tape. The tape T is inserted into the slit 15a, and the tape T is slid in the direction (A) so that the tape T is pressed against the blade 17a of the cutter 17 for cutting. Consequently, the wound tape can be easily cut as one operation in a continuous operation without using a pair of scissors by only horizontally sliding the wound-up tape in the width direction. |
