摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To reduce radiation damage by calculating a volume dose rate using a means of calculating a volume dose rate utilizing a given organ volume which is read and selected from an oncometer. CONSTITUTION: Indicating the beginning treatment program, a central processing unit 101 reads a CT image capable of specifying a progressing state of the disease and a focal volume from an input unit 105 to a main memory 201 and simultaneously reads an information on the patient and a picture information on patient's organ into the main memory 201. Picture image of the patient's organ is displayed in two or three dimension on an output unit 108. While an arithmetic processing unit 2O2 calculates a dose distribution using a means of calculating dose distribution according to a radiation condition and optimizes the radiation condition to allow an optimal dose distribution to be given. A volume rate of a given organ designated by the means of calculating the volume dose rate is computed, thereby an optimal dose distribution and volume rate, etc., are displayed on the out put unit 108.</p>
